Melissa Mestelan
A leading Lagree instructor and movement educator.
Melissa is a leading Lagree instructor and movement educator specialising in Lagree teacher training and Pilates-inspired movement education. With years of experience and internationally recognised trainings, she has built a global community through high-energy classes, sold-out workshops, and comprehensive instructor certification programmes.
Approach
Known for her precise coaching, dynamic teaching style, and deep understanding of functional movement, Melissa helps clients and instructors build strength, endurance, control, and confidence through effective Lagree and Pilates-based training. Her classes combine mindful movement, core strength, muscular endurance, and low-impact training to deliver transformative full-body workouts.
As a teacher trainer
Through her Lagree Teacher Training Courses, Melissa mentors aspiring and experienced instructors in purposeful programming, advanced cueing techniques, studio leadership, and client-centred coaching. Her trainings are designed to elevate teaching skills, enhance movement knowledge, and prepare instructors to lead powerful, results-driven Lagree and Pilates classes.

Sarah Reimann
A passionate entrepreneur with a mission to introduce new communities to the power of Lagree.
Sarah founded Tallie — Scotland's first and only Lagree studio — after falling in love with the method during her time teaching in London. She loves the way Lagree can build strong communities and fortify both body and mind.
Background
Sarah began her fitness journey as a Pilates instructor and holds certifications as a STOTT Pilates Reformer Trainer, a 200-hour Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga Teacher, and is a certified Level 1 and Level 2 Lagree Fitness instructor.

Each Sloane cohort is led by one Master Trainer for the full four days — Melissa or Sarah, depending on the cohort. You'll know who's teaching yours before you accept your place, so the voice you train with is the voice that shapes your teaching practice.
Talent pipeline

Beyond the certification, we offer a direct talent pipeline into the Sloane founding team. We hire from our own cohorts when slots open — Sloane-trained instructors get first refusal on Sloane teaching slots.
